I prefer depth over noise.
Software engineer in Vienna. Platforms, APIs, decision-support tools, maps: mostly where the data is messier than the interface should be.
Software and data are my core, but my work rarely stops at the code. I move between development, data, interface design and research, and I enjoy translating between technical detail and the people who need to act on it.
I got here by widening the lens rather than narrowing it. After a technical college for information technology, I studied transport and environment, then smart-city and urban development with a focus on data science. Those fields taught me to apply technology to real-world systems, and technology stayed the thread through all of it: the lens I use to understand how the pieces connect.
