The protection of personal data is taken seriously. Data is processed exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian DSG). This is a static website that uses no cookies, no tracking and no web analytics. The key aspects of the data processing are described below.

2. Server log files (hosting)

When this website is accessed, information is automatically collected and stored in server log files by the hosting provider (World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 47–51, 4020 Linz, Austria). This information is transmitted automatically by the visitor's browser.

Data processed:

  • IP address of the accessing device
  • Date and time of the request
  • Name and URL of the requested file or page
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system

Purpose and legal basis: this data is processed for the technical provision, system security and stability of the website, and for error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional provision of the website).

Retention period: server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days for security reasons (for example to investigate misuse or attempted attacks) and are then deleted automatically, unless further retention is required as evidence.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no web analytics and no tracking technologies. No usage profiles are created and no data is shared with third parties.

4. Fonts

This website uses only the fonts already available on the visitor's device (system fonts). No web fonts are loaded from this or any external server (such as Google Fonts or a CDN), so no font-related data is transmitted to third parties.

5. Contact

If contact is made by email, the data provided (for example name, email address and the content of the message) is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Retention period: this data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies (for example after the request has been dealt with), unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

With regard to the personal data stored, the following rights apply in principle:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR), where processing is based on a legitimate interest

If the processing of personal data is believed to infringe data protection law, a complaint can be lodged with the competent supervisory authority.
